Here's a simple to follow tutorial to  make  an  OctaMED Pro V 5.0 MIDI tune by
simply loading a basic ProTracker module and altering the instruments according
to the  Animated  slideshow  tutorial  example!   Simply  follow  the tutorial,
nothing could be more simpler!
